Get To Know Me

I began practicing law in Idaho since 1995. I now focus my law practice entirely on appeals and criminal defense.

I graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1995, cum laude. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration, cum laude, from San Jose State University in 1991.

I have  28 years of experience practicing criminal defense, appeals, post-conviction and appellate law in Idaho.

I am a proud Lifetime member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and have been serving on the board of directors since 2020. I am the Chair of IACDL's Legislative Committee and fight for criminal justice reform for Idaho. I also serve on the board of directors for the Idaho Justice Project, which seeks to bring about positive change in the criminal justice system in Idaho.
